Order Processing
Standard Processing Time
Standard processing time is 4-7 business days. Same-day shipping is not guaranteed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.
High Volume Orders
During periods of high order volume, shipments may experience delays of several days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you promptly via email or telephone.
Backorders
If an item is on backorder, customers will be notified within 7 business days of placing the order with an estimated shipping date. If inventory delays exceed a reasonable timeframe, customers will be given the option to cancel the order.
Shipping Methods
Domestic Shipping
WangSpec ships to all addresses within the United States.
International Shipping
For most international orders, customs duties and import taxes are collected at checkout and included in your final purchase price. However, there are exceptions due to local regulations in certain countries.
Please note: Some countries do not allow import duties and taxes to be pre-paid. In these cases, customers may be required to pay these charges upon delivery or during the customs clearance process. These charges are determined by your country's customs agency.
In such cases, your local customs office or shipping carrier (e.g., UPS) will typically contact you directly to arrange payment. Once duties are paid, your package will be released for final delivery. Customers generally do not need to contact customs directly, as the shipping carrier manages this process on your behalf.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential fees.
Expedited Shipping
Overnight delivery is only available for orders within the continental United States and Canada and for in-stock items only. For expedited international shipping, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect packages thoroughly before accepting delivery. If damage or tampering is observed, refuse the shipment and notify both WangSpec and the shipping carrier immediately. Returned packages should be marked as “Return to Sender” for prompt handling.
Reporting Damage
If damage is discovered after delivery, customers must contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim. WangSpec is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. WangSpec can assist by providing supporting documentation, such as receipts or shipping confirmations, but we are not responsible for coordinating or resolving claims with the carrier. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at WangSpec's sole discretion.
Fraud Prevention
Fraud Prevention Policy
For security reasons, WangSpec reserves the right to verify orders where the billing and shipping address do not match. In some cases, we may contact customers for additional verification. If we are unable to verify an order, it may be canceled, and the payment refunded.
