Refund policy



Eligibility for Returns

 

  • Returns are not accepted for buyer’s remorse.
  • All returns must have a valid reason and meet the following criteria:
  1. The item must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.
  2. The item must not be modified, damaged, or altered unless due to a verified manufacturer defect.
  3. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by completing, and submitting the RMA Form.


Direct Purchaser Requirement

 

  • WangSpec only processes returns for the original purchaser.
  • If the item was purchased from a retailer other than WangSpec, please contact the place of purchase for assistance.



 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the circumstances.


 

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, download and complete an RMA Form and submit your request using our Contact Form. Include the following:

  • Name
  • Order Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Contact Information

Ship the item to the return address listed on the RMA form once approved.
Make sure to include the completed RMA form, a copy of your original invoice, and any relevant contact details in your return package.

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase by completing and submitting an RMA form.
  • Once the return is approved, the item must be received by WangSpec within 14 days.
  • Returns without a completed and approved RMA form will not be processed.

Rejected Returns

 

If a returned item does not meet the eligibility criteria, we will notify you. The item may either be returned to you at your expense or disposed of at our discretion.


⚠️ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale items and gift cards (all sales are final).
  • Used, modified, damaged, or altered items, unless due to a verified manufacturer defect.

WangSpec reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet criteria. If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us here before sending anything back.



Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items. If you need to exchange an item for a different one, follow the return process to obtain an RMA and return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.



Return Shipping Responsibility

 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified WangSpec error, such as an incorrect shipment or a manufacturer defect. If eligible, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.



Restocking Fee

 

  • All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Restocking Fee Exceptions:
    • No restocking fee will apply if the return is due to a verified WangSpec error, such as:
      • Incorrect shipments
      • Manufacturer defects
    • If the returned product is modified, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise not in resalable condition, a restocking fee may apply to cover restoration costs.
  • Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a WangSpec error.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is inspected and approved.
  • For PayPal payments, refunds will be issued less any processing fees charged on the initial transaction.

Order Cancellations

 

  • Orders may be canceled for a full refund before shipping.
  • To cancel or change your order, contact us here.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will be subject to the standard return policy guidelines.
  • European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
