Warranty
Coverage:
WangSpec products include a standard 90-day warranty unless explicitly stated otherwise.
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
Improper use, incorrect installation, modification, abuse, or unauthorized repairs/alterations will void this warranty.
Refunds or credits for defective products will be issued only after an inspection by WangSpec. If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
Third-Party Products:
This warranty does not extend to third-party products used with WangSpec components, such as fuel pumps, turbochargers, or other non-WangSpec brand products.
WangSpec will not disclose specific manufacturer details for third-party items. Customers must contact the third-party manufacturer directly for warranty claims or product support.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover the following:
- Damage due to improper installation, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
- Failures from racing or competitive use. Racing applications are high-risk, and failures under such conditions are not covered. However, claims may be reviwed on a case-by-case basis at WangSpec’s discretion.
- Surface finish wear and tear. This warranty covers defects in anodized or powder-coated finishes due to manufacturing defects. However, fading, discoloration, or abrasive wear caused by:
- Extreme heat
- Direct sunlight
- Chemical exposure
- Salt, humidity, or road debris is considered normal wear and tear and not covered.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim:
If you believe your product has a defect covered under warranty, please visit our RMA page and follow the instructions to submit your claim. Ensure you include:
✔ Proof of purchase
✔ Photos of the defective product
✔ A detailed explanation of the issue
Warranty claims are typically reviewed within 7-10 business days, and customers will be notified of the outcome.

Resolution Options
If a warranty claim is approved, WangSpec may:
- Repair the defective product.
- Replace it with an identical or equivalent item.
- Issue a refund or credit to the original payment method.
