Key Design Objectives
Achieving our ambitious goals requires a precise focus on three critical metrics:
Equal Length Runners: Optimized for exhaust scavenging and balanced performance.
Sequential Fire (Rotary Fire): Delivering an F1-style firing sequence for a truly iconic auditory experience.
Stepped Runners: Enhancing anti-reversion and airflow dynamics for peak efficiency.
Innovative Engineering
Combining these metrics while maintaining OEM chassis clearance is no small feat. Sequential fire manifolds often sacrifice equal length or require extensive chassis modifications. By leveraging advanced generative fluid simulations and test renderings, we’ve achieved a remarkable 3mm deviation in tube lengths, ensuring precision and performance.
Compatible with the OEM A/C compressor, oil filter housing, and starter ensures practicality alongside cutting-edge design.
Materials and Manufacturing
The headers are planned to be manufactured as 3D Printed one-piece stainless steel, providing exceptional durability and longevity. Each set will be serialized individually, making them truly bespoke for their owners.
