Universal 5-Inch SLM Aluminum Turbo Intake Pipe with M22×1.5 Port

Our Universal 5-Inch Turbo Intake Pipe is a one-piece additive-manufactured solution for custom turbocharger intake systems.

Unlike a conventional fabricated pipe assembled from cut bends, welded joints, and a separately installed threaded bung, this component integrates the curved intake path, hose-retention beads, and M22×1.5 port directly into its printed geometry.

The external retention beads are formed without creating the inward-facing ridge commonly associated with mechanically bead-rolled tubing. This allows the internal bore to remain flush through the bead areas and provides a cleaner internal flow path.

Originally developed for a high-output single-turbo application, the pipe is now available as a standalone universal component for custom builds requiring compact 5-inch intake routing.

The integrated M22×1.5 port accepts a variety of adapter fittings to allow the end user to cater to their crank case evacuation needs.

M22 port adaptability: Compatible M22×1.5 adapter fittings may be used to accommodate different hose connection sizes. Fitting not included.

The CAD engine-bay images show an example installation developed from a 3D scan of a single-turbo Toyota Supra using an Artec exhaust manifold and a large-frame Garrett turbocharger.

These images are provided only to demonstrate approximate scale and packaging. They do not establish guaranteed fitment for that vehicle or any other configuration.

A 5-inch-inlet air filter may be shown in certain images for visual reference. The filter is not included, and its presence does not guarantee compatibility with every 5-inch filter design.

Some adaptation, repositioning, or custom fabrication may be required depending on the installation.

Estimated lead time is approximately 4–6 weeks before shipment from our Oregon facility.

Each intake pipe is manufactured, CNC-finished, imported to our facility with applicable U.S. duties and tariffs prepaid, inspected, and then shipped domestically.

U.S. customers will not receive a separate import-duty or tariff charge upon delivery.
