Our Front Bumper Duct System is engineered specifically for the Toyota Supra Mkiv JZA80, to convert the original factory turn signal openings into structural cooling inlets. These ducts integrate a streamlined 75 mm (3 in) outer diameter hose connection, allowing track drivers to route forced ambient air directly toward front brake rotors, auxiliary fluid coolers, or dedicated intake paths of their choice.

Developed from data acquired through comprehensive 3D scans of an brand new OEM factory bumper, this duct architecture achieves precise component sealing and a flush exterior profile. The assembly mounts directly to the original Series II factory turn signal studs, using custom engineered sleeve nuts equipped with pressed-in brass heat-set inserts to ensure durable, repeatable installations over intensive track use.

Variance Note: Modeled on brand new OEM Bumper, but due to polyurethane aging, thermal cycling, or aftermarket variations, minor modifications may be necessary for a perfect flush fit.

Brake Cooling Compatibility Note: Designed for 75mm output. For direct plumbing to 50mm knuckle shields, a 3.0-inch to 2.0-inch reducer is required.
