A purpose-built replacement for Toyota/Lexus center floor crossmember brace 57523-24010.
The WangSpec Center Floor Tunnel Brace is a one-piece, selectively laser-melted (SLM) 17-4PH stainless steel component with a sandblasted finish. It retains the factory four-point mounting architecture used on applicable JZA80 Supra Hardtop and Z30 SC/Soarer models.
Developed through OEM measurement, CAD modeling, structural simulation, and physical prototype fitment on a JZA80 Supra Hardtop. The one-piece printed design replaces the factory multi-piece welded construction while preserving the original chassis mounting locations and factory-style driveshaft clearance.
Measured 17-4PH brace weight: 11.6 oz (approximately 329 g).
Measured OEM brace weight: approximately 14.0 oz (397 g). That is approximately 2.4 oz (68 g), or 17%, lighter in this comparison. Measurements were taken using a consumer scale.
On the physically tested JZA80 Hardtop, installation required no drilling or permanent chassis modification.
Fitment status: Physical fitment validated on the JZA80 Supra Hardtop.
Compatibility with Lexus SC300/SC400 and Toyota Soarer Z30 applications is based on OEM parts-catalog cross-reference to brace 57523-24010; direct validation on those applications remains pending.
Important: Not compatible with the JZA80 Supra Sport Roof (Targa). Designed for the Supra Hardtop chassis configuration.

Engineering Development: Geometry was developed using direct OEM comparison, 3D measurement, physical PLA prototype fitment, and FEA-guided iteration prior to metal production.

Supra Body Style Limitation: JZA80 fitment is for the fixed-roof / Hardtop chassis. It is not interchangeable with the larger Sport Roof / Targa center floor brace.

Validation: Physical prototype fitment has been validated on the JZA80 Hardtop. SC300, SC400, and Soarer compatibility is based on the shared Toyota/Lexus OE brace cross-reference; direct vehicle-level validation on those chassis is pending.
Installation: Intended as a direct bolt-on replacement using the factory mounting locations. No drilling or permanent chassis modification is required.
