Toyota Supra MKIV (JZA80) – Front Bumper Duct System

Description

Engineered for the Toyota Supra MKIV (JZA80), the WangSpec™ Front Bumper Duct System is designed to integrate a 50 mm hose connection - enabling end users to route airflow toward their front brakes, or any auxiliary components of choice such as oil coolers, or intake systems.

Developed from a brand-new OEM Toyota bumper scan, this system ensures an exceptional OEM-grade fit and surface continuity.
The ducts are designed to mount directly to the Series II OEM turn signal studs using custom sleeve nuts equipped with pressed-in brass heat-serts for secure, repeatable installation.

Available Variants

• Type A — Open design for maximum airflow
• Type B — Integrated mesh for street protection

Technical Details

• Outlet Diameter: 50 mm
• Material: Prototype 3D printed in PLA (final version TBD)
• Fitment: Designed directly from OEM Toyota bumper 3D scan
• Compatibility: Designed for the OEM Toyota front bumper (Series II turn signals).
• Mounting: Utilizes turn signal stud locations (Series II compatible)
• Validation: Fitment and mounting verification currently in progress
• Structural Analysis: Preliminary FEA simulation performed to validate mounting tab integrity under high airflow load.

This system represents an early R&D prototype from WangSpec’s upcoming Airflow Development Line.
